Easily accessible components
If necessary, the affected component is made accessible by removing the interior panelling. The dent is then levered out millimetre by millimetre from the rear using special tools.

Dent removal from hard-to-reach components

A plastic hook, the so-called "puller", is glued to the centre of the dent. The sheet metal can be pulled out with the help of a pulling hammer. The resulting dent is worked on from the outside with a Teflon pick.
